Can I request for an e-invoice upon order confirmation?
Unfortunately, e-invoices can only be requested once you receive the email notification that your order has been shipped (email header “Your Sephora order is on its way” or "We're sorry! Some items in your order could not be shipped"). A URL link to a ticket portal is embedded in the email to submit the request.
Can I request for an e-invoice?
If you require a document as proof of expense to claim deduction for tax, you can submit a request via a ticket portal. The portal URL link will be embedded in the email “Your Sephora order is on its way” or "We're sorry! Some items in your order could not be shipped".
- In the email, the order number, date and amount that needs to be entered in the ticket portal will be shown together with the link.
- Date format should be ‘DD/MM/YYYY’ in the ticket portal.
When is the due date for me to request for e-invoice?
Anytime within the same month as the order shipped date. For example:
- If your purchase was shipped on December 1st, 2pm, you can submit an e-invoice request from Dec 1 2:01 pm to on or before December 31st, 11:59pm.
- If your purchase was shipped on December 31st, 2pm, you can submit an e-invoice request on or before December 31st, 11:59pm.
Can customer request for e-invoice if they purchased an e-Gift card?

Some of my items were not shipped because they were out of stock, how do I request for e-invoice?
Please refer to the email that was sent with the header "We're sorry! Some items in your order could not be shipped". At the bottom of the email, you'll find the URL for the request portal alongside the order number and fulfilled order amount. In the portal, please make sure to only input the amount for products that have shipped (NOT the total order amount).
