Can I request for an e-invoice?
If you require a document as proof of expense to claim deduction for tax, you can request for e-invoice after collecting the product(s). The URL link for e-invoice will be embedded in the email “Your Sephora Click & Collect order has been picked up!”.
- In the email, the order number, date and amount that needs to be entered in the ticket portal will be shown together with the link.
- Date format should be ‘DD/MM/YYYY’ in the ticket portal.
When is the due date for me to request for e-invoice?
Anytime within the same month as the collection date. For example:
- If you collected your order on December 1st, 2pm, you can submit an e-invoice request from Dec 1 2:01 pm to on or before December 31st, 11:59pm.
- If you collected your order on December 31st, 2pm, you can submit an e-invoice request on or before December 31st, 11:59pm.
How can a I request for e-invoice?
A URL link is embedded in the email “Your Sephora click & collect order has been picked up”, and the link will direct you to a “ticket portal” where you can raise an e-invoice request.
