Can I request for an e-invoice?

If you require a document as proof of expense to claim deduction for tax, you can request for e-invoice after receiving the product(s). There will be a URL link printed on the receipt, which will direct you to a “ticket portal” where you can raise an e-invoice request. If you have an e-receipt, the URL link will be in the email.

• Please input the order number and date in ticket portal.
• Date format should be ‘DD/MM/YYYY’ in the ticket portal.

When is the due date for me to request for e-invoice?

• Anytime within the same month as the receipt date. For example:
  If you made a purchase on December 1st, 2pm, you can submit an e-invoice request from Dec 1 2:01 pm to on or before December 31st, 11:59pm.
• If you made a purchase on December 31st, 2pm, you can submit an e-invoice request on or before December 31st, 11:59pm.

How can a I request for e-invoice?
