Once Click and Collect order has been placed, it cannot be amended but can be cancelled either by emailing our customer care team at contact@sephora.my or with our staff member in your nominated store. Please note that your refund will be processed by our customer care team in both scenarios and not in store.
Should you wish to add any additional products to your order, you can of course purchase them at the same time as collecting your Click & Collect order in-store and will need to be paid for in store.
As always, you are welcome to return your unused product(s) anytime within the 30-day return window as per our normal online returns process
