How do I place a Click & Collect order?

1. Add your desired product(s) to your shopping bag online or in-app.

2. Continue to the check-out, click on ‘view other delivery options’ and choose “Click & Collect” as your delivery option.

3. Select your desired local store

4. If you are logged into your Sephora account, your recipient details will prefill, so if you wish for someone else to collect the order on your behalf, please add their details here instead.

5. After a successful payment is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Once the order has been picked and packed, another notification will come through confirming your order is ready for collection, along with a “one time password” via text (SMS).

There are no shipping fees involved in this service. Please note that Click & Collect services may not be available during peak period & sale moments.
