All products ordered through the Click & Collect service are subject to availability. We endeavour to ensure that our inventory is accurate, however, in the scenario that one of your items is out of stock, we will send you an email as soon as possible and issue you with a refund back into the method of payment used to place the order.
You are also more than welcome to speak with a Beauty Advisor in-store to discuss suitable alternatives for your out-of-stock product, but these will need to be purchased as a separate transaction as your refund will be in process for the original unavailable products.
