Duration: 25 September 2025 (12:00am MYT ) to 28 September 2025 (11:59pm MYT) (“Promotion Period”)
Location: www.sephora.my, Sephora Malaysia mobile application and/or all Sephora retail stores located in Malaysia
Details of Prizes: A total of 5,000 blind bags worth a minimum of RM 100 each (each, a “Prize” or “Sephora Blind Bag”). Each Sephora Blind Bag is valued at a minimum of RM 100, and contains:
• Three (3) deluxe-size beauty products; and
• One (1) surprise gift item
Promotion Mechanics: Customers who shop on www.sephora.my, Sephora Malaysia mobile application and at Sephora retail stores located in Malaysia within the Promotion Period (subject always to official store operating hours) and spend a minimum of RM 350 in a single transaction will receive one (1) Sephora Blind Bag, while stocks last.
Sephora Blind Bags are issued at random and the Sephora Blind Bags (including its contents) are non- exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Customers are not entitled to choose or request specific contents.
To qualify, customers must carry out all the following actions during the Promotion Period (i.e., 25 September 2025 (12:00am MYT) to 28 September 2025 (11:59pm MYT):
(a) Be a Sephora Beauty Pass member – You must:
i. be signed into your Beauty Pass account for your online or in-app order to qualify for this Promotion; and/or
ii. provide your Beauty Pass account at the point of check-out for your in-store purchase to qualify for this Promotion;
(b) Accumulate a minimum spend of RM 350 on your order or purchase at www.sephora.my, Sephora Malaysia mobile application (collectively, “Online Platforms”) and/or at Sephora retail stores in Malaysia (“In-store”); and
(c) Proceed to https://cloud.sephoraapac.com/my-sephora-beauty-bag-sep2025 and successfully complete a simple quiz.
Each single receipt, order or purchase which fulfils the requirements in (a), (b) and (c) above (each, a “Qualifying Purchase”) will automatically qualify as one (1) chance to win. Multiple entries are permitted for each participant, with an additional entry being allotted for each subsequent Qualifying Purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, each single qualifying transaction regardless of value is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Sephora Blind Bag.
Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these terms & conditions. By making a purchase during the Promotion Period, participants hereby agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. Entries must comply with these terms & conditions to be valid.
1. Organizing Entity: This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Beauty In Motion Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated in Malaysia and having its principal place of business at Level 22, Centerpoint North, Lingkaran Syed Putra, Mid Valley City, 58000 Kuala Lumpur (“Sephora”).
2. Duration: Entry into the Promotion shall only be valid for qualifying purchases made from 25 September 2025 (12:00am MYT) to 28 September 2025 (11:59pm MYT) (“Promotion Period”).
3. Promotion Conditions and Mechanics
a. This Promotion is open to all Sephora customers above the age of eighteen (18) years who have a valid Sephora Beauty Pass Account.
b. To enter the Promotion, individuals must carry out all of the following actions during the Promotion Period:
i. Be a Sephora Beauty Pass Member – you must:
1. be signed into your Beauty Pass account for your online or in- app order to qualify for this Promotion; and
2. provide your Beauty Pass account at the point of check-out for your in-store purchase to qualify for this Promotion;
ii. Accumulate a minimum spend of RM 350 on a single order or purchase at www.sephora.my, Sephora Malaysia mobile application (collectively, “Online Platforms”) and/or at a Sephora retail store in Malaysia (“In- store”); and
iii. Proceed to https://cloud.sephoraapac.com/my-sephora-beauty-bag- sep2025 and successfully complete a simple quiz.
Each single receipt, order or purchase which fulfils the requirements in (i), (ii) and (iii) above (each, a “Qualifying Purchase”) will automatically qualify as one
(1) chance to win. Any entries that have not met all criteria set out above will be disqualified and considered void.
c. Multiple entries are permitted for each participant, provided that each single qualifying transaction regardless of value is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Sephora Blind Bag.
d. All participants must provide their Beauty Pass Account details at the point of check-out in order to qualify for entry in the Promotion. If any qualifying purchase is subsequently cancelled or refunded by the participant, the entry in the Promotion which was tagged to that qualifying purchase will be considered void.
4. Eligibility: Sephora reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Promotion, and Sephora may at any time before, during or after the Promotion restrict, prohibit or disqualify any person from participating in the Promotion without providing any reason. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the following persons are excluded from entering the Promotion:
a. employees of Sephora and/or its related entities, and their immediate family; and/or
b. proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of the Promotion, and their immediate family.
For the avoidance of doubt, “immediate family” includes parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
5. Verification of identity: Sephora reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this competition. Verification is at the discretion of Sephora, whose decision is final. Sephora reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this competition.
6. Details of Prizes
a. Each participant will receive one (1) Sephora Blind Bag, while stocks last. Each Sephora Blind Bag is valued at a minimum of RM 100, and contains:
i. Three (3) deluxe-size beauty products; and
ii. One (1) surprise gift item
b. Sephora Blind Bags are issued at random and the Sephora Blind Bags (including its contents) are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Customers are not entitled to choose or request specific contents.
c. Sephora shall not be liable to cover any costs and expenses associated with collecting the Prizes. Sephora accepts no responsibility or liability for any costs or expenses associated with the use of the Prizes other than the ones listed as part of the Prizes (if any).
7. Notification and Distribution of Prizes
a. For Qualifying Purchases made via Online Platforms, participants will receive their Sephora Blind Bags delivered together with the items in their Qualifying Purchase.
b. For Qualifying Purchases made In-Store, participants must receive their Sephora Blind Bags in person at the Sephora retail store at which the Qualifying Purchase took place.
c. Sephora further reserves the right to require customers to proceed to its corporate headquarters to collect their Prize (or specific components thereof).
8. Grounds for forfeit: Any participant who:
a. fails to collect their Prize at the point of completing their Qualifying Purchase;
b. is discovered by Sephora to have failed to satisfy the qualifying criteria as set out in these terms & conditions (in particular, Paragraph 3); and/or
c. is discovered by Sephora to have failed to comply with any instructions specified by Sephora,
shall have his/her Prize forfeited.
9. Participant’s Undertaking: Each participant shall be solely responsible for ensuring that his/her participation in this Promotion is not illegal or prohibited by the laws or regulations of any country relevant or applicable to the participant. Sephora reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible person from winning a prize and/or substitute another person as the winner in the event that Sephora, in its sole and absolute discretion, believes that the particular person may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these terms & conditions and/or may bring Sephora and/or its affiliates into disrepute. In the event a prize has already been awarded and/or distributed to such a person, the prize must be returned to Sephora at such person’s sole cost and expense.
10. Sephora’s Exclusion of Liability: Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Sephora (including its affiliates and each of their officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss (including loss of opportunity), damage, expense or other costs arising in connection with the Promotion, including, but not limited to, any of the following:
a. any loss, damages or expense caused by or attributable in whole or in part to any participant’s own act, omission, default or failure to comply with any of the conditions set out in these terms & conditions;
b. any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary costs, claims, expenses, loss or damages, even if informed of the possibility of such costs, claims, expenses, loss, and damage;
c. any equipment, system, satellite, network, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delay in transmission, computer virus or other malicious, destructive, or corrupting code, agent program, or macros (whether or not under Sephora’s control), including where any entry is not successfully completed as a result;
d. any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;
e. any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not it is after receipt by Sephora) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Sephora;
f. any tax liability incurred by a winner or claimant; or
g. the use by a winner (or substitute winner) of any Prize.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, each participant agrees to indemnify Sephora against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with his or her participation in this Promotion.
11. Sephora’s Rights
a. Sephora’s decision regarding the award of all prizes, and/or in every situation including any not covered in these terms & conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the contest, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding Sephora’s decision on the same.
b. Sephora reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to hold void, cancel, suspend, postpone or amend the Promotion.
c. Sephora reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute or replace any Prizes with items of similar value without prior notice. The winner(s) (or substitute winner(s)) will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the Prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
12. Personal Data
a. By participating and/or entering in this Promotion, participants hereby acknowledge and agree that Sephora may collect, use, process and/or disclose the participant’s personal data for the purposes and in the manner set out in this Paragraph 15 and Sephora’s privacy policy (accessible at www.sephora.my/privacy).
b. Without prejudice to Paragraph 15.a, participants further agree that Sephora may collect, use, process and/or disclose personal data for the following purposes:
i. to conduct, administer and fulfil the Promotion, including:
1. sending e-mails and other electronic messages and/or telephoning participants in connection with the Promotion. This may include sending periodic e-mail updates regarding a participant’s total accumulated spend and how many entries he/she is currently entitled to; and
2. disclosing personal data to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities; and
ii. for promotional, advertising, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes in connection with the Promotion and Sephora’s business.
c. Participants may access, change and/or update their personal information by contacting Sephora at dpo@sephora.sg.
13. Intellectual Property: Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this Promotion, in particular that relating to the Prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Sephora and its affiliates and contractors are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, such owners and their relevant affiliates.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Promotion shall be governed by Singapore law and each participant agrees to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore
