How do I cancel or modify an appointment?

You may cancel your appointment via our Sephora App by Navigating to My Account, then to My Appointments, and clicking on Manage to either reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Alternatively, you may cancel your appointment via the email notifications sent to the contact details provided at the time of booking.
